Neville's sheep

And now I am officially ALSO a "wannabe" sheep farmer!

We bought ourselves 4 pregnant? Merino ewes and got a ram on loan for "as long as it takes"!
Before we, the calves and dogs could get used to the new animals on the farm there was this terrible scream of a new born lamb and now there are 6 sheep - what a good surprise!

After a while we let the sheep graze with the cattle in the big camp and then discovered sheep holes (where they got out) and are now repairing fences like mad - luckily they leave evidence where they get through!

Quite interesting - now that we got the fence sheep proof they graze happily with the cattle.

Our lamb is also growing into a sheep - very "wise"!

Another one this afternoon!

Instrument baby! - About an hour after she started the labour prosess I had to help to pull the lamb out.

I did not think any lamb is this tough
